ATLAS Germany Meeting in Munich
record-breaking 140+ collaborators meet at LMU

Over the past four days Munich has been the meeting place for ATLAS collaborators from all over Germany. Together with the Max Planck Institute for Physics our group hosted the event bringing together more than 140 ATLAS members from all ATLAS institutes in Germany.
The programme included a computing and software workshop for younger members, updates on the status of the experiment and plans for the future – given amongst others by ATLAS spokesperson Karl Jakobs, as well as presentations and discussions about ongoing and future physics analyses and hardware development.
